A search of yahoo pulls up a couple of options. But here is one called Iceland.

Look here for all the ice arenas in Kentucky . . . but read carefully as a couple may be "sports arenas" that hold skating events (not for public skating).

Here is a link to some figure skating clubs- which it has where the ice rinks are located so you know where the rink is located, most of these rinks should be year round rinks because a figure skating club is located at them, since skaters skate year round the rinks will also be open year round. http://www.usfigureskating.org/ClubSearc...

There is one called Iceland Sports Complex. There is also Gardner Lane, but I am not sure if it is a year round rink.
