  1. this belongs somewhere else

  2. In the Bay Area, there are microclimates. Nearer to the Bay and to water, you may get foggy weather in the summer. Inland, you get tule fog in the winter. I recommend going to the noaa.gov web site and poking around for more info.

CC is a large county and given the microclimates, you need to be clear about which town you want to look at.

  3. Contra Costa has three weather regions, I'll just assume you're interested in Central CoCo County: Walnut Creek, Concord, etc.

In winter, tends to be rainy then fair. lows in the 20-30's, highs 50-60's.

In spring, tends to be sunny and warm. 70-80's are not uncommon. Occassional rain, but nothing too severe.

In summer, hot days, warm nights, then it gets cold with the fog's (actually, overcast) entrance. 85-105*, but sometimes it gets rather mild and pleasant.

Fall is my favorite: warm days (sometimes hot), cool-crisp

    nights.

Rainfall: about 20" a year, usually November thru Feb primarily.

If coming soon, it's gonna be beautiful, 80 by the weekend.

    enjoy.
