Yearly ground rent ,static caravans .anyone know how much it would cost?

looking for a caravan park north west area or north east area.can anyone recomend a good cheap site.dont want it to cost to much some ground rents are over 3 grand a year with extras on top.any ideas cheers

You just need to shop around!! Basically, ther more there is on the site, i.e, clubhouse, shop, laundrette etc, the higher the ground rent. Pricey isn't it? And we moan about the price of council tax!!!!!

Somewhere like Skegness/ingoldmells - £2000 a year.. somewhere down south about - £7000. This just goes to show you need to pick not only you're caravan wisely but where you're going to keep it too.

I'm sure if you ring up some sites you're interested in they will give you a free rough quote over the phone for free.

yeah around 2 grans to have it parked there all the time. some places u can keep it there for 180 a year tho every week you are in it costs bout 80 quid cos it hooked up to electric and plumbing. thats in stranraer
