    A good Probiotic complex helps to maintain a healthy internal ecology, which can make an environment where it's difficult for yeast to grow.

    If you have contracted E-Coli, you want to see a doctor.

    As far as parasites and heavy metals, you can ask a doctor about that as well, but most doctors will only look for major parasites (like ringworm, tapeworm, etc) and heavy metal toxicity/poison (not just if you have any in your system). You'll likely need to search for a natural doctor for that part. Good luck in your search!
