Yellow/Green Eyebrows?!?

Hey hey,

I got my hair died blonde.. ( Almost Platinum Blonde ) and i naturally have black eyebrows.. ( which is strange because i hav naturally medium brow hair ) so i got them lightend at this hairdresser/Beauty Place... she lightend them to like this yellow stage n then put ash blonde on them but they tured kinda shiny green/yellow color, its kinda just wrong, i was hoping 4 like a dirty blonde or a light brown. ( the person who did it didn't seem all that experianced) was it her mistake or was inevitable to turn out like that? because i was thinking of getting it done somewhere else again and if worse comes to worse i was gonna darken them bak 2 black (last resort)!!

What are you're thoughts?

i think it was probably her fault because i don't think it had anything to do with you eyebrows being black before. it doesn't seem like i would turn it greenish yellow. i think you should get it done somewhere else but go darker next time

Ok. Get a blonde eyebrow pencil and use it until you can get them dyed back to their original colour.

Go and get your money back, tell them you are not satisfied with it, im blonde and my eye brows are dark brown, im italian, you'd never know cause im blonde (naturaly) people ask me all the time though if i dyed my hair, but go get it re-done, and make sure you ask the hairdressers about there experience!

well light colored hair usually has darker eyebrows so find another place and re-do it! =)

Personally, I'm uncomfortable with any dye products being around my eyes; there's too much risk of being blinded - particularly in the hands of an inexperienced person.

My own advice would be to go back to your natural color - but not by dying your eyebrows again.  I'd either trim them down as short as possible or shave them off, being careful not to shave more than just the eyebrows so they don't grow in wider/thicker.  Then I'd lightly pencil in light brown eyebrows until the hairs had grown back in.  I doubt this would be very noticeable since it seems to be fashionable right now to have very narrow eyebrows anyway, and they will grow back relatively quickly.

i have almost platinum blonde hair and naturally very dark eyebrows- i get complimented although the time for it and have been compared to agyness deyn, the british supermodel on several occasions. do what you want to feel good about yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks anyway.

Oh dear, I would have just left your eyebrows as they were, I'm a lightish blonde and my eyebrows are dark, it looks right.

If you want to change it, have them dyed back to their origional colour and try again!

Did you ever see the movie Fight Club?  Remember how effin' weird Jared Leto looked with his eyebrows bleached out?  

Your eyebrows are supposed to be darker.  Yours went green because of the ash/green base in the dye she used.  Even worse, it sounds like she bleached your brows, then toned them.  That's just a bad scene waiting to happen.

Go somewhere else and have them put a neutral medium brown on your brows.  That should do the trick

That really couldn't have been pleasant.  Fortunately,  this is something that can be corrected!

You have to go to a reputable salon... and ask them to fix it.

I'm sure they can make them brown.
