Yellow Scab on Face?

Question

I accidently cut my chin and now there is a yellow scab on my face. I know there is no miracle product to get rid of it immediately, but is there a way to help it heal faster?

It looks kind of like if i had a zit that came to a head, but the color is slightly different.

i actually got a scab on my chin today and i just put triple antibiotic ointment on it and within a couple of hours it had gotten smaller.
