Yellow lights in Los Angeles??? Question here help me out!?

If i am going on a 2 lane and i see yellow i stop and all cars stop from all directions iam next to a middle lane that lane turns left away from my lane to another street, the car infront of me in the middle lane he does a left turn passing infront of me he does his left turn because all the cars have stop including me,i decide to go on red or almost on red, i hit the other car on the rear right side by the tire while his finishing his turn.

whos at fault??? me or the other car
