Yellow...?

I have to right this rhyming poem about a color,and i chose yellow..

and well i dont know what to write!?!?!

what does yellow make you think of?

Sunshine, warm, happy, smiling, bare feet, soft breezes, pasta on plates, summer days, lemons, lemonade, picnics, home, neon signs, volkswagen beetles, smiley faces, bananas, open minds, caution signs, bumblebees, daisies, flower fields, tropical fish, Easter, fingerpaints, kindergarten, primary colors, learning to read and draw and feel and really see....

You could try some happy-sounding rhyming words (because yellow is a bright and happy colour) such as mellow, jello(?) cello or even pillow. An easy way is to write the poem in 4 verses at a time with each pair of lines rhyming such as (and you'll see I'm no poet):

"Sunshine and flowers remind me of yellow,

And all of these things make me feel mellow.

A cool breeze on a warm summer's day,

Running through fields and laying in hay."

I hope you're a better poet than me (and I bet you really hope so too).
