Yellow screen on tv

Question

i have a bush tv and on and off for a while the screen goes yellow and the picture is a bit blurred,it usually rights itself if you turn off the tv and wait a while.now this does not seem to work,sound is fine but everything is yellow.you can make out what is happening but its not clear
