Yellow tinted picture

Question

When I turned on the TV it flashed then went blank for a few seconds. When the picture appeared it was yellow. I tried leaving unplugged for hours, checked inputs...etc.. to no avail. The picture clarity is still excellent. You can also differentiate red colored items for some reason. How much does it typically cost to repair?Thanks,Starrman
