Yellowed sleeves...?

How do you remove or prevent the yellow staining in the armpit area of white blouses or sleeveless tops? I don't usually sweat, but my tops still stain and bleach doesn't get it out. I guess the stains are caused from my deodorant?

  1. 1. switch deoderant

    2. use bluing.  it is sold at grocery stores, pharmacies etc.  it is bright blue, but really gets stains out of white clothes.  it doesn't leave a smell.  as an added bonus you can make salt crystals out of it as a fun side project for the kids.

  2. Use a mixture of powdered colorsafe bleach and amonia and rub it in with a toothbrush. Let set five minutes and wash.

  3. I use secret deoderant and always get stains from it, just get some spray and wash. Leave it on for about 5 minutes then wash the shirts in the hottest water possible. Works great.
