I am in martial arts, I need to find drive to stretch daily, any help you can give me?

  1. perhaps your commitment is not strong.


  2. Go to the gym and workout. Because you will have to do stretchings before lifting weights.

  3. Here's your incentive - you're never going to reach your potential - ever -if you don't stretch every day for at least 20 minutes. Period. If you're not serious about your art, leave the school and let someone who is have the spot. Martial arts is a lifestyle, not something you do a couple times a week and leave at the dojo.

    If you want a fitness program, go get a tae bo dvd or run a treadmill.

  4. tear a muscle while you're stiff and you'll feel more like stretching next time

  5. Unforunatlu no one can do that for you, or even tell you how. Understand that any martial art is difficult o learn, and you must have the desire. If you don't, maybe the class, or the style is not for you.

  6. Lol your just lazy and shouldn't be doing martial arts. If your too lazy to stretch you shouldn't really do anything lol. No one can tell you how to have a life and do things...

  7. I train regularly but I dont feel the need to priortize streching everyday.  Take ten or fifteen minutes before class to loosen up and that should be adequate enough
