Yes i applied for a k-1 for my boyfriend?

i just sent the application for the K-1 visa for my boyfriend i want to know if he has a chance in getting the visa is he was caught like 3 years ago illegally in the U.S. and tampering with government record does he have a chance even if it was his frist time being caught does he have a chance???????

i doubt he ever get back in the US especially because of tampering with gov. records,

He has no chance.  You need to retain an attorney to prepare a request for a Waiver of Inadmissibility for him after he's rejected.  If he gets the waiver they'll let him come to the United States, however, getting the waiver might be a long-shot in his case.

ouch!!! i dont think so.... they keep the record and however that's gonna be one of the questions on the next form to sen dout.

and if even if u lie they check the  background and they'll see what he has done and maybe it will be even worse.
