his mother does all day everyday and says she dont want to hide it from him cuz he will be mor enticed to do it a little help she is evil i am telling you she will take me for more child support lie her way out of it and then try to get my visitation suspended and this is a womans state pennsylvania ive taken her to court like 3 times and cant win i dont ave another 5k to go in again thers guiys round her who spent 35k just getting visitation and if i call the cops ill end up under the microscope

I, too, live in PA.  You have several options here.

One: you can make an anonymous tip to the police about your ex-wife's possession and use of drugs.  Then, when they arrest her, file for full custody of your son, citing her now-confirmed drug use.

Two: call Child Services, and make a report about her drug use, and that she does it in front of your son.  They can't tell her who reported her, and they'll definitely investigate.  Let them know that you want custody and ask for their help.  Once under Child Services' microscope, it's almost impossible to hide bad behavior.  When they deem her unfit/dangerous, step up and take custody.

If she's a dangerous parent, you have a lot of options.  Unless you have something to hide, you have nothing to fear by reporting her.
