Yesterday, I did an accident.?

Yesterday, I did an accident. I was stopping in a stop sign plaza, to make a left turn in Markham road. Beside me were the cars waiting for the right turn. After was clear I start to go, suddenly the car beside me (which suppose to do a right turn), Turned left in front of me. Suddenly a very fast care going north came and hit me from the back, when I was turning. He called the police. The police gave me a failed to yield ticket and three points. I don’t know what to do.

If you think you did nothing wrong you can try it in court. If you know you were in the wrong then suck it up and pay the ticket. That has to be your call.

Look for any witnesses and go to court and explain what happen to the judge, this would be your course of action.

normally if someone crashes in the back of you its there fault !

if you think that its his fault get some CCTV (if theres any around) it'll cost you but it could be worth doing ! i think (however i might be mistaken) you can get it from the nearest townhall !
