Yesterday, my display pic came on blank and i cant upload a new one. why dosent it work all of a sudden?

I have tried to upload from my hard disc. it used to always work, but not now. i can put my avatar on there, but when i upload a pic, it stays blank,

It sounds like something is going on with you computer ... you may have to upload from a different computer. If you are unable to do that you may have to clear your temp file (go the top of browser and select tools/internet options/clear files). Although you see the picture as black, does others that you chat with? It could just be your computer's viewpoint.
