Yesterday I tried downloading pacman through limewire and it came up as just "setup.exe" so i attempted to..

download the program. and i guess setup was just a virus im guessing? so after i clicked on the setup, all these pop-ups kept coming up.. and limewire kept opening and closing and i can't get on myspace or many other things thru the internet and i cant do much, so i deleted the setup.exe off my computer and now its stil not working. any help?

Run both your anti-virus and your anti-spyware apps. Full system scans.

It is funny, but respectable people that actually PAY for their music, software, movies and games instead of stealing them, well they seldom have a virus or malware problem.

you got a virus..dont use limewire its full of viruses and wat not..run ur virus protection and see if that helps...

that's what you get for trying to get it for free - that happens all of the time with limewire.

You got a Corrupted File, shame on you. Going to have to restore your system to a past date when the system was running good. Thats why I dont use Limewire because of all these corrupted files which can change all your settings and create explorer errors and knock out your system as a whole.
