  1. Of course !!! this 67 years old guy was planting qassam rockets in his garden also he was breathing !!!!! just breathing constitute a violation.

Jurgen, Please stop calling those killers IDF, call them Zionists or IOF.

  2. It is a crime against humanity, having taken place during a formal truce and the victim having been unarmed and non-threatening. In any event,it was clearly intended as a deliberate provocation.

  3. No. Hamas had already broken twice earlier in the day with three rockets aimed at kindergardens, Thats a violation. Keep to the truth not the stories please.

  4. well the world does not hear this but they will hear of the three rockets sent from Gaza and this maybe the end of the truce

  5. well, first of link or it didnt happen also the truce is not with the west bank its a truce with gaza only btw islamic jihad just broke the truce today by firing two rockets into israel which  they said was revenge for the jihad commander that got killed in the west bank a couple days ago(is this the innocent gardener you talking about?)

  6. Isn't it lovely that when a Palestinian is brutally murdered someone from the other side wants to call it fiction.

Well it serves in their best interest to say it is fiction, perhaps if one says it's fake enough then this person's whole existence never really happened. Just like this new notion that Palestine never really existed. Once Palestinians are all gone, they to will have only been a fictitious people that our great great grandchildren will believe never really existed.

I suppose the 2006 bombings of Lebanon that killed over 3000 people was fake too. I suppose curfews are also made up. The murder of children armed with nothing more then rocks doesn't really happen either. The settlements that are in the West bank and Gaza are fake too aren't they?

  7. Yes,by any standard. However it will take more than one killing to provoke Hamas into doing what the izzies want, namely formally renouncing the truce. Until that occurs, crimes such as these are legally international terrorism. It can't be dealt with as an ordinary homicide because the malefactors reside outside Gaza jurisdiction.

By heart goes out to his family.

  8. Peace will kill Israel. They know that and they will fight to kill it the soonest.

  9. In the first place,it isn't a lie; it was well-reported,most reliably by Reuters. A full account was posted by Ma'an. I find nothing anywhere about an alleged attack on a kindergarten; that sounds like the lie.

Of course it's a violation. And a crime against humanity.

  10. it didn't happen. if it did, you'd provide a reference. you're not fooling anyone. the palestinians broke the truce. predictably.

  11. no .

    no.

    no.

    he was completely innocent.

    ahhhh   this is Israel .

  12. the IDF are able to convince anyone that they are in the Right end, even if they kill the entire arab population

  13. Israel wants the truce to fall apart. They have set a precedent of this kind of action in the past.

  14. d**n right it is. Israel is trying to test hamas to see if they will come back or not.
