Yet Another football question.?

Question

I play LB and Right tackle and I can never get mad/aggressive any advice? I have heard that if you say like lets do this then that'll help fire you up? Can anyone help?

I used to do crazy things to get fired up.  Look in the stands at your girlfriend, or someone you like, and imagine they are with someone else, hit yourself, pull your nose hairs out, imagine the other team is calling you names, find whatever it is that is making you mad in your life and take it our on the field.
