Yet another comany that won't sell parts.

Question

I just got a brand new Luxeon LCD projector (AV200), and promtply screwed up the membrane keypad on the back. Don't ask how -- standard geek manuevers. It is not fixable, and needs replaced. Replacing that panel is really simple -- a 1 minute job. However, Luxeon won't sell parts AT ALL. They do all repairs in-house, with a minimum charge of $175 plus parts and labor.
