Yfz 450 carb question.?

Here is the deal. I started my yfz 450 it running good(iddle) for a few minutes while i was working on something else. So all of the sudden it turned off. It has plenty of gas but it wont start again. So i checked the gas line and it seem like the carb is not getting any gas. I try to start and the gas does not go down. A few weeks ago my cuz had the same problem and it was the floater was stuck. Could my floater had gotten stuck while the bike was just there iddle?

Yes. It has alot to do about this 10% ethanol it will mess up a carb. We have rebuilt alot more carbs. this year than all other years.

Remove the fuel line from the carb and turn on the petcock - fuel should come out.

If not - repair the petcock.

Re-attach the fuel line and turn on the petcock - open the float bowl drain s***w - fuel should come out.

If not - clean the carb.
