i know that some ppl say dat u can loose ur glasses on the rides in Disney World. im going to the magic kingdom and epcot and basically ridin all da rides there. im bringing an extra pair of glasses. pleaz tell me something other then "oh duh just take ur glasses off". that is tru, but id rather have my glasses on. i just want 2 know from everyone who has been to Disney World or a related theme park if they lost there glasses, why (what conditions), what ride, and if u would recomend me taking my glasses off. if u were close 2 losing ur glasses, same thing applys 2 u. if u have never lost ur glasses, just tell me that and we'll be good. thanx!

  1. i wear glasses and i just bend the sides a little so they are tighter on my head.

  2. hey i had been to disney land and lost my glasses and my hat in califorina screamin i had worn it for style but it has a 360 degree in middle and it takes u full round and my hat an glasses just flew away so please when u sit in a ride remove ur glasses hats everything exept ur clothes

  3. it depends what rides you go on or just wear contacts. i lost my glasses in the ocean last summer. lol

  4. Get one of those straps that you can connect to your glasses so that if they do fall off they atleast stay on your head....but it might make you look like Steve Urkel...HEE HAW

  5. i live in FL and i have glasses, and i go to a theme park every month, NEVER lost my glasses

  6. I have been to Six Flags and Disneyland.... I usually ride all the rides with my glasses on.... (I hate riding "blind" LOL) anyway... if your glasses fit snug you shouldn't have a problem (go to a wal-mart that has a vision center and ask them to adjust your glasses before you go so they fit right).  Another safe guard you can use is the glasses holders that go around your neck, people usually use them for sunglasses but you could use one for your regular glasses for the trip so if they come off they may at least stay around your neck.

  7. The rides at Disney are for the most part tame, I don't think you will lose your glasses.

Maybe on Rock N Roller Coaster you might lose them (thats at MGM)
