I think the next step to upgrade is to get a better backup for deng.

you have amazing guards. but i think you should trade JJ redick wit aaron gray, melvin ely ,and cedric simmons.

my reason why can be explained easily with a depth chart.

gray         battie     ely     Wells   pargo

armstrong simmons         reddick

you see your kind of clogged.

i think the only starter that doesnt deserve 35-40 minutes per game is thomas.

but the others do. so instead of just trading away your bench, trade the parts you dont need.

maybe you put together that package up there and try some things out.

maybe get a great solid backup SF like posey. or you could ask for a pick or something.

you have a great roster im gessing your the bulls or hornets.

your a pretty good trader.

The bench is weak

The bench guards are the only scorers

The rest of the bench is defenders

I would try to trade Battie, and Reddick to upgrade the big men off the bench.
