You probably should speak with some one in Y/A local where you maybe able to chose state and city. Maybe try the local civic center also.

I would try to get a hold of the manger they might be giving it away. If it isent being given away it might go to another roadhouse or auctioned.

Find the Roadhouse corporate website (google it) and then just ask. I contact corporate offices all the time if I have a question, complaint or suggestion and they usually are good at getting back to you in a timely manner. If it's just a mural you want, post a want ad on your local craiglist site and you will be contacted by artists that can help you.
