Yo! if i punch myself in my face long enough, will it help me to be stronger?

i want to be like tyson!

he gets punched in the face and it dont bother him.

i think if i punch myself enough times it would strengthen my face like martial art people who break wood.

they have to hit their hands on something hard.

it should do the same with my face.

whats the best way to do it???

  4. Dude why the h**l are you gonna try to punch yourself in the face. Its not only going to hurt but you might get some injuries. If you really don't to feel any pain then just try to dodge. I have never met anybody that has never felt pain when gotten hit in the face. Just practice on dodging and please Mike Tyson did feel the pain, but what makes you think that he is going to show it. Its called boxing and you should never show signs that you are hurt.

If you want to take a punch like Mike Tyson work on your neck muscles (Tyson had a 19" neck in his prime) as this will cushion any blow to the head, and will have a side effect of strenghthening your jaw muscles because they are in close proximity. Also chew very hard gum, like cedar gum. Jack Dempsey actually used to do this, stupid as it may seem. A lot of taking a punch depends on fitness and very quick recovery so work on your fitness and run at least 5 miles every morning. Work on your body - crunches, that type of thing, otherwise you'll get taken down by a body shot. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRY TO TRAIN YOURSELF TO TAKE PUNCHES BY HITTING YOURSELF IN THE FACE. IT WILL NOT AND CAN NOT WORK. ALL YOU WILL DO IS BUST UP YOUR FACE AND MAYBE INJURE YOURSELF.

  7. First you ball your fist up really tight, then you **** your arm back so that your ready to swing at full power, after your ready, tilt your head back so that your looking upward, finally swing with all of your strength and you have just successfully *ucked yourself up!!

  9. most definitely. best way to do it is to punch yourself as hard as you can. i would aim for 4-5 sets of 10.

  10. You know Muhammad Ali is out of his mind today and can't speak b/c of how many punches he took to the head? Really dumb to do that... Tyson can take a punch b/c he has a strong jaw, he didn't get that by chewing gum!! He got that from working out, especially his neck which framed his jawline.
