Yoga Dance class Question!?

i'm pretty sure that's what it is called. but i was wondering if those classes are really fun, like you do fun moves and everyone does it together while you listen to music or something.. is anyone in one of those and what's it like?

ooh i love yoga!  its about concentration.  it strengthens you and you learn cool tricks to impress your friends with!  thats what i do, anyway!  if u live in the long beach area, take yoga classes at elevation studios.  by best buy!
