Kim Her said, “Yong Sung's inclusion is not going to bring about another reshuffle. Cheh Chang will be in charge of Kien Keat-Boon Heong's programme while Yong Sung will assist him.”
Kim Her has been working in South Korea as a coach for three years and has employed many Korean techniques of training in the Malaysian squad. Now, the Korean coach will further look into the matter of how to improve the shuttlers to become top athletes
in the world.

However, Kim Her also added, “We cannot completely go the Korean way but there are some good things that we can tap into and this is where Yong Sung can be useful. We will have open discussions once he starts work and will exchange views and ideas to keep improving
our programme.”
Yong Sung is expected to start working with the Malaysian squad in the opening week of November, 2011.
