yo! my parent are drug addicts. and they wont let me eat no pizza. and pizza is my life. ohh and my grandma is dead. same wit my sister. and my brother is mentaly challenged. and they wont pay da rent. ohh & i KINDA live in mexico. its terrible! but.. the good thing is dat me and da cholos hang low. if you know what im sayin. and im poor. i found my computer in da dump.... so yeah. i lovee my life? WHAT DO I DOOOOOO? help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if they have a social services or department of children and families there, there has to be some kind of government program that can help.  There are programs that maybe you can contact here are a few, send them e-mails telling them your problems and maybe they can tell you who to contact if they can't help you:
