Southampton defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Maya-Yoshida-c25060, believes that his side have got what it takes to snap Stoke City’s unblemished home record this season.

early goal in a totally dominant and flawless display.
Southampton’s task of pushing themselves further away from the relegation zone could not have gotten more difficult, as Stoke have not lost a match at the Britannia since February this year. Their last defeat at the stadium came at the hands of Sunderland
on fourth of February.
Although the visitors will be rejuvenated after their 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage on Wednesday, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Japan-c2928 International had no qualms of the challenge that lay ahead of them on Saturday.
However, the defender was optimistic of bringing to an end the Potters 16 match unbeaten run at home, as he revealed that everyone in the team was determined to take the credit of snapping Stoke’s remarkable home streak.
“Of course every time I want to win a game but this time it would be really nice because they haven’t lost a home game (for a long time),” he told the reporters in an interview.
“We have to give away less free kicks, corner kicks and deep throw-ins otherwise they will put many, many long balls in the box. We have to think about this.”
Southampton got their 2012/13 campaign off to a worst possible start, shipping 28 goals in their first ten matches. The team, though, have shown marked improvement since then. They have conceded six times in their last eight matches, gradually lifting themselves
out of the drop zone.
The 24-year old attributed the notable change in the stats to the manager’s decision of sticking with the same team. He admitted that they were wayward in the early stages, but said that they learnt from their mistakes and moved on.
“Now we play the same team and we play the same members for a long time. That is important, that continuity,” he added.
