In your opinion, how much % of persons in your country have financial conditions for will can buy a flat in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ( in front of the famous beach) and to pay 70.000 euros?

In my opinipon, the beach stripe is far too expensive; therefore I don't think this will be enough.

That's about £50K I think so lots of us. No idea what percentage.

But...what are the service charges, local taxes and rates going to cost? What is the street crime like?  It's a bit far for a long weekend, anyway.
