Depends how big the street is. I would probably do a stop and go if anything just to make sure the intersection is clear and no cops are around.

Yes, because a lot of traffic lights now have camera's to make sure people do! If you don't you run the risk of a fine and/or points!

Yes...I do....although I think it's stupid if ther are NO cars in sight either way. I can always remember my buddies story about sitting on his motorcycle. Red light, very light bike, wasn't heavy enough to trip the lights, sat there 10 minutes, not a car in sight...he left, and got popped for running the light. LAAAAAAAAME
