My friend and I were involved in an accident the other party rammed us from behind. We call the local police department and advised them about the accident. It took a while until a unit reponded and we did not move our vehicles. When police arrived they checked on the other party (female) let her go. They then came checked us out and we asked why she was let go and Officers left without getting our information. According to my friend she advised she saw the female driver ajusting her blouse as she was let go. This happend many years ago possibly 5 years or more.

  1. You've waited to long to do anything now as most offenses have a statute of limitation on them.  At the time it happened, you should have got the other drivers tag number and driver's license and insurance information if she would have gave it to you, then you could have submitted it to your insurance company, which would have pursued it through her company.
