Yesterday I sent you the request below this message. Your website states "Ask a question. Let our Experts solve your problem FOR FREE".
Today I received an email from you stating "We wanted to find out if you still need a solution for the Standard Televisions Problem you posted on FixYa yesterday. In case you do, we'd like to offer you our Premium Assistance Plan I see this would cost me $9.99 so your advice is NOT FOR FREE as your website clearly states.
Yes I do still need an answer to my question. Regrettably I am not in a financial position to pay $9.99 to have it answered.
