Ptc #8 in the junction block powers both rear vent motors through the driver's master switch,however ptc #8 also provides power to the right window switch to power the passenger door window. If the RH window works then Ptc #8 is likely good. The most common failure in this vehicle is the vent window motor itself. A simple voltage check at the motor connector will reveal the answer. 12v on either pin in the motor connector while operating the vent window switch would be the desired result.
