yes. Arnold, Heidi Montag, Wilford Brimley, Chuck Norris, Ted Nugent, Jon Voight, Dean Cain, Rich (of Big and Rich fame--though Big is a democrat), Cowboy Troy, Burt bacharach. lol.

There are, but they are almost exclusively in hiding.

Bruce Willis is one exception of a conservative actor who doesn't have to be in hiding, but he doesn't make a big deal about it either.

There are few exceptions.

Yes, there are.  But they're in hiding for fear of being associated with the Bush-McSame administration.  Other Republicans senators have also opted not to attend.  One senator saying.... "with the Republican party in tatters, I'm not going there".
