Question

Pat Marleau is on the block and is a desperate need for the Blue JAckets. BUT he is not worth Zherdev. which is what is floating around. what would be a good (fair) trade.

at most i would say a 2nd rounder and a player ( Fritche/Brule) for marleau would be good but Seeing as how big of a need a center is perhaps the 19th overall pick ( with how deep this draft is the 6th overall pick is WAY to much.

or possibly the 19th pick and 2nd rnd pick and a player for Ollie Jokanin.

I want Z to stay.Marleau for a pick and throw in Brule or Fritsche,or both.

I cant imagine him with Nash.He could really improve with Patrick feeding him.The paper reports Z going.I cant imagine Z with Thornton,that could be scary.I dont know what He is going to do,but if the Sharks sign Campbell Marleau is gone.Time will tell.Ollie would be good too.

That's fine.  We rather keep Marleau.  Your Jackets need to go for Jokinen.

The second deal would better better for Columbus because you would get the center and a chance to draft on of the big D's or Filatov in the first round
