  1. you double check wat d costomer orderd nd ask ur bartender y he gave the wrong drink and give the costumer the ryt frink wd complementary drink.... so that the costumer will not get mad...

  2. Make them whatever they ask for.

  3. yup check it out and give them what they asked for

  4. first apologize sincerely! (do not get an attitude and do not argue with the customer) ask them what they had to drink and remake it for them. give them something on the house to re-ensure tir business!! I'm a shift supervisor at a Starbucks... and that's what i would do.

  5. The customer is always right.

Apologize for the mistake and make it right.

  6. Check the notepad.

  7. Apologize to the customer, make sure he gets the drink he wants. The customer is always right. However, I would give my employee the benefit of the doubt until I found out otherwise.

  8. Apologise and ensure the correct drink is served - obviously they haven't drunk the incorrect drink. . . .

NEVER reprimand your staff in front of your customers or other staff - it makes you look an idiot.

  9. Apologize and make sure they get the correct drink.

  10. Give them the drink they want- assuming he or she has not already consumed the drink they are complaining about.

It's no secret that the markup on drinks at a bar is astronomical, you can certainly absorb the cost of one drink easily enough without any pain.
