You are a reporter and have just been assigned to do interviews at the local couples s*x club.?

Would you find this to be an interesting assignment? Or dread it,and try to find someone else to do it ? Interviews in the middle of an orgy might be difficult to get.

I know a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist who did exactly this.  He noticed an regional swingers club was promoting a gathering in his area, so he brought along a woman and attended.

They told the truth....they were a couple, and had never been to a swingers club.  They asked questions of the people involved...the pros and cons, and all that.

Then he wrote an insightful article about the gathering which -- of course -- lacked names, but described the tall thin blonde and short muscular car salesman etc.  

The article was an excellent look at the motivations of couples attracted to the swingers' lifestyle.

The reporter never asked for professions or occupations of the participants....but noted them when offered.  And the people never asked the couple about their occupations, so being a journalist never came out.  

Writing features like this about a slice of life is very important, but also important is to conduct them ethically and objectively.

Yes i would do it.

Don't forget these are normal men and they aren't going to last that long so you can catch them afterwards to interview. I'd imagine the men would run out of energy way before the women so they'd be easier to catch for the interviews.

I would find this assignment amusing - I'm a journalist and the weirdest assignment I had to do was investigate deaths in the local bat population.
