Nobody. If you enter into a fight, you should already have accepted the fact that it may end in defeat. Resolve is formed before you enter into battle, not afterwards or during. If I am in a battle I cannot win, then I will fight with honor until my time is up. After that, on to the next world. Anything else is disgraceful to me.

There is no truth in the concept of "No chance to win" or "cannot win." You need only to find the way in time enough to use it.
