You are part of a stratified-random sample. Your score places you at the 85th percentile. What does this imply about the population, and your individual place within that population? What does it say about those who are smarter than you, and those who are not?

"Percentile" is a fancy way of saying "percent above and percent below."  The 85th "percentile" is above 84% of the population, but below 15%.
