The president has just made the following statement: “The distribution activity is not a concern of the marketing department. The function of the marketing department is to sell the product ….let the rest of the company handle production and distribution.” How would you reply to this statement?

I am in the same position and  the way. I believe works, is to get involved. in what ever it is ,  what works for me I think the consumer needs to get  their hands wet, and use the product and then. he or she .will get the full benefits of the program what ever it  may be, this works for me.  james lindsay.

what wud the prod dept produce if we wudnt create the demand sir n wat wud the distr dept distribute if nobody  wants to buy the item tht we are popularising
