Ok, so you are waiting for a car to pull out so you can park your car there. You have your parking lights blinking to the side to show people you are about to park and all, and someone comes out of nowhere, speeding and pulls into your parking spot that you have been waiting for, for a while and almost causes an accident, almost hits your car, what do you do? Do you have the right to make him get out? Can you call the police? Cause he almost cause an accident all for a parking spot?

  1. I gave all that up by just going straight to an open area away from the store. Saves gas, reduces stress, gives you more exercise.

I kinda chuckle at the petty competitions going on nearer the front doors ~~ ain't worth it.

  2. There's nothing you can do and no confrontation.  The best thing to do is find another spot to park your car and then come back to the car and spike the tires, key the whole body work and also leave a note "a****** I was here first". that should teach him/her a lesson for being an A**.

  3. If there's no actual accident, you do nothing but find another parking spot. That's why you just have to pay attention be ready to pull into the spot. You don't have any legal right to the space -- it's common courtesy for the guy to let you have it, though. You can't make him get out, and the police have better things to do with their time. Yes, he almost caused an accident, and yes he's a jackass, but they keyword here is ALMOST. Save your confrontation for the real thing.

  4. awwwww girl naaaw you can't do anything about this one other then get angry and maybe flip him the bird.

if he did hit you i would quickly block him in whip out the cell and call 911. he will be soooo sorry and ask him self was it worth stealing?

i don't drive but, plenty of times when i'm out with my friend we win this battle. it's funny coming from Boston we well i was gonna say we are the worst when it comes to road rage but the trophy would have to go to New York our neighboring state. but, still it isn't pretty it's bad at times.

you just lost this time. better luck next time.

  5. Unfortunately, because I do sympathize with your dilemma, if there was no accident then the only harm was hurt feelings.

  6. Theres really nothing you could do except tell him/her about it(IMO)...next time, have a passenger (provided you have one) get out and stand in the parking spot.

  7. I see people wait for parking spots all the time and I don't understand it.  Just park a little farther away and walk.  It's not worth waiting an extra ten or fifteen minutes to be 20 feet closer.
