If you eat fatty foods all the time and do not work out you are very likely to have heart surgery or a heart attach not to mention be over weight.  If you eat everything in moderation and exercise then you are more likely to live longer with less disease/sickness.  We all know that some sickness is predispositioned by genetics.  Living a healthy lifestyle makes you look and feel better.  

    If you eat high fatty foods, you will be lethargic and get wrinkles younger symptoms of what you are putting into your body and people will see it by looking at your skin.

    Lol.  Well,  The things that make up what you eat are used to support your body, Most of it anyway.  Some becomes bodily waste.  But for the most part, yes.

    The calcium in milk helps form bones and things, Iron in your blood.  Those nice strips of fat in steak and pork chops.  d**n it woman, you made me hungry.
