  1. I see it every day, Stupid ignorant and irresponsible, so called Drivers, one hand on the wheel, and the other in a ear-hole. They are SO clever, ( look no hands ) But ,what is round the corner, But these morons don,t care, you see,"It won,t happen to me">>>Wrong!!!

  2. the answer is yes if you have an accident and it is proved your fault the first thing the police do is seize your phone for evidence.

it makes no difference if you were hands free or not

what they will say is that you lost your concentration thru the phone call and that means a possible jail term

  3. Depends if the police think you are not in full control of the vehicle.

  4. someone better tell Essex Police, you see them often driving, and using their mobile, which is in their hand- is it one rule for them, and one for us.

a few people have complained, but it seems nothing gets done about it

  5. Jailed? Where do you live? My God. It's just a ticket here in California, and not even until July 1, 2008.

  6. No to both, only if you commit a serious offence and that’s quite a tricky one while driving a car, i.e. deliberate death.

  7. it counts if you are driving dangerously as a result.

  8. In California, the law against using a phone while driving doesn't go into effect until July of this year.

  9. it dose count you have to have a bluetooth to be able to drive while talking

  10. its ok on a hands free but if your caught while on the phone while not on hands free even if your driving ok it applys also touching a sat nav is out
