You can bring food on a airplane?

because after the security check can you go in and buy food and bring it on the plane ( the airline im flying on you have to pay for it while your on board :( )

You can buy food at the airport or bring it from home to carry on the plane.  You are allowed to bring fresh fruit and meat. The only restriction to that is if you are flying out of the country you need to consume or discard it prior to going through customs.The only rule is that you can't bring any liquids larger than 3.4 oz or foods that are in a gel like state or that may contain liquid, ex. jello, yogurt, fruit cups. Not allowed through security but can be bought after the checkpoint and taken on the plane.

oh my god read EVERY single post before you. you can bring food on an airplane. you cannot bring fruits, veggies, meat, anything perishable that can carry bugs or parasites on it.

if you want bring chips, granola bars, cookies, popcorn, pretzels, etc etc whatever you want thats prepacked onto a plane. just dont bring anything more than 3oz of liquid or anythig mentioned above
