Yes! You can definitely like Indian food. I can say that because I am an Indian living in USA. I have a lot of american friends who love indian food. If you have not tried Indian food before I would recommend you go to an indian restaurant and try your favorite dish. You can choose a vegetarian or a non-veg dish, both will be good. Go during lunch hours and choose a buffet meal, it will be cheaper and there will be a lot of variety. If you prefer a la carte then take some friends with you and you can order different dishes so you can taste different stuff. Remember indian food can have peanuts in their curries so if you are allergic to some food let them know and also indian food can be spicy so if you cannot handle spice ask for a mild version or less spicy food. Well I had indian neighbors once and they cooked every afternoon...but I didn't like the smell :/ it was the same smell every day, some smelly condiment that didn't smell too good in my opinion.I've never tried indian food but i hear it's Delicious.

As long as the restaurant doesn't smell like my neighbors food :|
