You can see your REAL house on Google Maps! Good or bad??

Question

If you go to google.com, select google MAPS, type in any address (ex. 500 Main Street, Dallas, TX) Either a picture will come up and you click that, OR click on "Street View", click anywhere, and you will see real pictures! Try it and let me know if you see anything!

I live in a different country now and I use google earth to look at my old home back in my original country and all the familiar shops, restaurants, etc, surrounding it. Its comforting cause I can "go back there" for a few mins and not have to pay for a plane ticket :D :D

It's not livestream, so there's not really much that can be done.  I've seen it before, and my house is pictured from well before we re-did our landscaping for our house.  And, uh, if people have your address, they can just go to the house.  I'd rather they stalk me from the computer, if you ask my opinion.  It is a great tool if you plan on housebuying.  You can check out the street location and decide if you feel like have a realtor waste your time at the location before you even go there.  My kids love it too.

If anyone has your adress they can look it up. I wouldn't be overly concerned but it is sort of scary. Big brother is watching...!

Yeah, I can see mine That's REALLY BAD! It's crazy people nowadays, and they really shouldn't have that like that. You never know what some crazy people may be trying to do, and Google Maps is only making it easier for them to do it.

Its good if your a stalker I imagine.........bad if your being stalked I imagine.  That's technology for you....great and horrible at the same time.
