depends on if you like camping, I prefer hotels and the comfort of a warm shower.

fresh air is great, walking across a rain soaked field to go to the bathroom at two o'clock in the morning , waking up with a spider in your sleeping bag and listening to the people in the next tent all night long are not great.

That would be great. Camping in Cornwall with the family is very pleasant. I did it some years ago. There is always a beach nearby where you can have a barbecue in the evening.

My last trip was to the Great Smokey Mountains we stayed in Cades Cove. It was an amazing trip. I would definately go back. I would recommend staying out of gattlinburg though.
