You do I make a party-planning sign up sheet for my Yahoo group?

We are planning a Halloween party. How do we make a communal sign-up sheet? I want to list duties or items that we need and then let my members fill in their name by the item/duty.

Unfortunately it's not possible to create a sign-up sheet that members can add their names to by themselves.  I think the best you can do is create a text file in the Files section of the Group listing all the items/duties, and next to each item/duty you would have to add the name of the volunteer for that item/duty.  Your members could state in messages which one(s) they're willing to contribute, but you as the Group owner or moderator would have to add their names to the sign-up sheet yourself.
