My husband and I are going to be in Cancun in February 2008 for our anniversary. We have a tradition of taking carriage rides in the cities we travel to and I want to surprise him if possible.

That is a really engagaing tradition and I applaud your for keeping it (when you can) - but I don't think you'll find this in or around Cancun.

As a possible alternative, you might consider the "Lobster Dinner Cruise" in the Cancun lagoon. It is taliored precisely towards couples and romance and would likely serve your purpose well.
